Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in its original packaging
  • with all tags, certificates, and invoices included

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is damaged
  • you received the wrong item
  • the product is defective

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of precious jewelry, the following items cannot be returned:

  • customized or personalized jewelry
  • engraved items
  • sale or discounted items
  • gift cards

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
